DIGIT-FUR results and outputs now available on line

The DIGIT-FUR project has arrived to its end. It concluded with a very successful final conference that involved more than 70 professionals from across Europe and with the publication of all project final results that are now available on the project website http://digit-fur.eu/documents/. The first feedback about the reports and results delivered received from different sector stakeholders have been very positive, especially in relation to their level of details, the manner of presenting them and the practical usability of the results and recommendations by all sector stakeholders. Moreover, it is pretty clear that these results can be easily used by similar sectors. The key delivery is the final report DIGIT-FUR Impacts of the digital transformation in the wood furniture industry that is available in ten languages and it is downloadable from the project website. It contains the key results of the project, with a detailed description of the digitization impact on 11 occupational profiles in relation to tasks changes, OHS risks, new and updated needs for skills, knowledge and competencies. It also includes recommendations for sector actors and stakeholders.
